Conducted in September 2021, our latest study which looked at the All-Audio listening landscape took a look at how well radio has been performing alongside its rival listening mediums.

 

The study returned interesting and optimistic results for radio – with it still being seen as the most popular listening medium for consumers of audio that fall between the 35-54 year old age bracket, with 75% of these listeners having listened to radio in the past week. While, unsurprisingly, music streaming services managed to out-perform radio for listeners aged between 18-34, with just 55% of these having listened to radio in the past week.
